Sourced from premium vineyards planted on Coonawarra’s famed terra rossa soils, this 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon captures the elegance and structure for which the region is celebrated. The long, even ripening season produced fruit of exceptional intensity and balance, revealing vibrant blackcurrant, dark cherry and cassis flavours layered with notes of cedar, mint and subtle spice. Matured with carefully integrated oak, the palate is rich and refined, framed by fine tannins and a persistent finish that promises excellent cellaring potential.
