Crafted from premium low-yielding vineyards in the heart of Coonawarra, this 2021 Shiraz reflects the region’s renowned terra rossa soils and exceptional vintage conditions. A mild growing season with steady ripening allowed the fruit to develop intense varietal character and balance. Layers of dark plum, blackberry and black cherry are complemented by hints of spice, subtle oak and fine-grained tannins, creating a rich yet elegant palate with depth, structure and a long, lingering finish.
