5 CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS OR DECLINE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
It is obligatory to provide some personal information to us, although under certain circumstances you can choose to deal with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. You can also choose to decline to provide certain types of personal information.
However, if you choose to remain anonymous, use a pseudonym or withhold certain information we request, this may affect your ability to access or use certain functions of our website or our products or services.
If you wish to remain anonymous when dealing with us via a telephone call, please advise the call operator assisting you. Providing your personal details enables us to provide you with a contact record reference number which allows you, and other authorised persons, to retrieve information about that call at a later date.

9 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE
Australia, Malaysia and Singapore
If you live in Australia, Malaysia or Singapore, we may disclose your personal information to recipients located outside of your country. In the case of Malaysia and Singapore, the countries in which those third party recipients may be located include Australia.
Where we disclose personal information outside of Australia, Malaysia or Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any such person to whom personal information is disclosed will deal with that information in a way that is consistent with the relevant privacy laws.
New Zealand
If you live in New Zealand, we may disclose your personal information to recipients located outside of New Zealand. The countries in which those third party recipients may be located include Australia.

• obtain your express authorisation to disclose your personal information overseas after expressly informing you that the overseas agency may not be required to protect the information in a way that, overall, provides comparable safeguards to those provided under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
10 STORAGE AND SECURITY
We will not keep your personal information for longer than we are lawfully entitled to keep it.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
In processing applications for employment, we collect resumes, references, certificates of graduation and qualification and other personal information about candidates. We may also provide your application to a recruitment agency or contractor that may assist in reviewing applications we receive.
Letters and resumes sent to us as part of an application for an advertised position, or sent to ascertain whether any positions are available, will be used to match applicants with available opportunities. If we consider that your application may be suitable to our current requirements, we, or a party acting on our behalf, will notify you and may also contact persons nominated by you as referees and ask them questions in relation to you. If your application is not suitable for our current requirements, but we feel that there may be a position for you in the future, we may keep a record of your application and contact you again if a suitable position becomes available. We may need to verify your identity before providing you with your personal information. In Singapore, we may charge a reasonable fee to process such access request. In some cases, we may be unable to provide you with access to all your personal information and where this occurs, we will explain why. 14 COMPLAINTS
If you wish to complain about how we handle your personal information held by us, please contact us using the details set out below including your name and contact details. We will investigate your complaint promptly and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe. We will notify you of the outcome of this investigation and any subsequent internal investigation.
If you remain unsatisfied with the way in which we have handled your privacy complaint or concern, you may approach an independent advisor or contact the relevant regulator in the relevant country (i.e. the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner, the Data Protection Commission of Singapore or the Malaysian Department of Personal Data Protection (PDP).)
